Report It
Welshpool Town Council is responsible for a range of local services and facilities across the town and we rely on residents, visitors and businesses to help us keep Welshpool safe, clean and welcoming. Our Report It service makes it easy for you to let us know about any issues or concerns you notice in the community.
What you can report
You can use this service to report issues such as:
- Damaged play equipment, benches or bins
- Problems in our parks, open spaces or buildings
- Concerns about public toilets, markets or events
- Broken street furniture or signage maintained by the Town Council
If your concern relates to highways, fly tipping, streetlights or waste collection, please contact Powys County Council directly via their online reporting service, as these issues fall under their responsibility.
Reports are reviewed by our team during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm). We aim to acknowledge your message within two working days and take appropriate action or pass it on to the relevant authority.
