Information Centre

A warm welcome awaits you at Welshpool Information Centre. With parking and public toilets nearby, the Centre offers a full information service and can provide everything you need to know during your visit to Welshpool, the surrounding area, and destinations across Wales and beyond.

Services offered

The Tourist Information Centre provides a wide range of services, including:

• Rail tickets and railcards – advance sales, best journey options, on-the-day tickets, season tickets and railcards.
• Coaching holidays – agents for Owen’s Travelmaster and National Express bookings.
• Ordnance Survey maps – including location plans and site maps.
• Leaflets and brochures – free information on attractions and events, both local and national.
• Local information – expert advice, walking books, guide books, explorer maps and local history publications.
• Gifts and souvenirs – including locally sourced crafts and goods.
